Can you provide an estimate of out-of-pocket costs before starting treatment?

Yes, our team can provide you with an estimate for how much your treatment will be prior to beginning treatment. If anything needs to be added or changed at any time, we will be glad to let you know beforehand as well.

Can you provide a dental treatment plan with payment options?

Mauka Family Dental is proud to offer an in-house membership plan for $150/year. We also accept payment plans through CareCredit™.

What’s included in your in-house membership plan?

Our annual plan includes two annual dental exams and dental cleanings, all necessary X-rays, and up to 20% off restorative dental services. For more information, please visit our financial page or get in touch with our friendly front office team.
